Pennsylvania Nude Drone Law Takes Affect

With all of the concerns of pervy peeping tom’s capturing nude pictures and videos of unsuspecting naked people Pennsylvania has taken the “dire” steps of enacting a law to combat this worry.

As of January 12, 2019 the Unlawful Use of Unmanned Aircraft has taken affect in Pennsylvania.

Essentially it will prohibit anyone from taking surveillance of someone in a private place such as a private home using a drone.

The law requires police to determine if the person behind the act knowingly or intentionally used the drone for footage before a fine can be given which seems quite a bit arbitrary to us. If found guilty of using a drone for the wrong reasons, officials say you could face up to $300 in fines.
